Returns at Clothes by Freanwil will only be accepted when:
  • You have obtained an Authorized Return Number (ARN) from Clothes by Freanwil
  • We are notified within 48 hours of receipt  of order (you will be issued an Authorized Return 
    Number (ARN)). NOTE: Every return must have an ARN ... no exceptions.
  • Item is in its original condition (i.e., apparel has not or appear worn, has original tag(s), bag(s), 
    etc.)
  • Item is returned within five (5) days of receipt at customer's expense.
  • All return(s) are at customer's expense.
  • NO RETURNS on hats, handbags or formals (Including "All Occasion Suits" and Dresses") 
    ALL SALES IN THESE CATAGORIES ARE FINAL!

Only when all of the above criteria are satisfied, will a return be acceptable. If order is returned without 
an ARN, it will be returned to sender at sender's expense. If a credit or refund is requested, in lieu of an 
exchange, a  
25% restocking fee will be charged.  (shipping charges are non-refundable)

Shipping and Handling
Clothes by Freanwil ship primarily via ups, Fed Ex and U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Your choice can 
be made during checkout. Shipping and handling charges will be added to your order prior to shipping 
as determined by the weight of order (apparel(s) plus dimensions of shipping container(s) plus 
ship-to-destination)..
Most in-stock merchandise are shipped (ground) within 24 hours, normally via UPS, Fed Ex or U.S. 
Postal Service (USPS). Each carrier offers 
overnight, 2 or 3 day service at an addition charge.
FREE GROUND SHIPPING for suits only within the continent of the United States of America,. 
in all showrooms  
 EXCEPT Showroom 10 (Group Suits), Ben Marc Showroom 1 (Sports) and 
Showroom 12 (Manager's Special). All returns/exchange(s) will be shipped at customer's 
expense. This is a limited time offer. Please direct questions to 
customer service.
International customers:
We use Global Priority for international orders through the United States Postal service. We are not 
responsible for lost international orders. If an order is lost, we can supply a custom's number that may 
help you with your local postal system.
