Freanwil will only be accepted when:

an ARN, it will be returned to sender at sender's expense. If a credit or refund is requested, in lieu of an

- You have obtained an Authorized Return Number (ARN)
from Clothes by Freanwil
- We are notified within 48
hours of receipt of
order (you will be issued an Authorized Return
Number (ARN)). NOTE: Every return must have an ARN ... no exceptions. - Item is in its original condition (i.e., apparel has not or appear worn, has original tag(s),
bag(s),
etc.) - Item is returned within five (5) days of receipt at customer's expense.
- All return(s) are at customer's expense.
- NO RETURNS on hats, handbags or formals (Including "All Occasion Suits" and
Dresses")
ALL SALES IN THESE CATAGORIES ARE FINAL!

Most in-stock merchandise are shipped (ground) within 24 hours, normally via UPS, Fed Ex or U.S.
Postal Service (USPS). Each carrier offers overnight, 2 or 3 day service at an addition charge.
